Operation Environment

WL 50/180 Heat Transfer Printing Machine is based on oil media-heating and felt-releasing system. This machine can be used for printing piece by piece fabric and roll to roll fabric. The production of this machine on digital printing paper is around 180 m/hr. & on gravure printing paper is around 240m/hr. This machine is designed in such a way that it can produce higher production with lesser power consumption. We can make Ribbon, Belt, Garments, Carpet, Flag, Tent, Blanket, Curtain, Polyester Fabric in roll or in piece with polyester 70%-100% with this machine.

Main Technical Parameters of WL50/180  

Features:

1) For roll to roll or piece by piece fabric, this is rotary drum type, printing is continuous & speed is much more faster than the old plate type technology.

2) This machine is equipped with Blanket release system which means when machine is out of power or printing job is complete, we can directly shut down the machine without waiting for temperature drop. Other machine, the workers have to wait for 1.5-2 hours.

3)This machine is equipped with PID temperature control system which keeps the temperature constant with ±2°C and save the energy by 50%-60% during the production process.
